Offering help tailored to your needs

My therapy practice is at 53, Davies Street, just 5 minutes walk from both Bond Street and Oxford Circus tube stations. I help my clients develop insight and gain tools to lead more fulfilled and balanced lives.

We can all experience times when our problems seem difficult to manage. This may be the result of a recent bereavement, job loss or the end of a relationship or perhaps an ongoing issue. Whatever the cause, contacting a psychotherapist can be a helpful step forward.

At 53, Davies Street W1, I offer a confidential and safe space where you can talk about your problems. I will work with you to help you reach a better understanding of the causes of your distress. We will explore options that are available to you so that your life starts to feel more fulfilling again.
It can take time to choose the right therapist and with this in mind, I am available to offer a free brief telephone consultation to help you make the decision which is suitable for you.

About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor and have worked for Mind, the NHS and in private practice since 2007. My main way of working is psychodynamic psychotherapy and I will also use some aspects of CBT when appropriate.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process and will work with you in confidence, towards a fuller understanding of your concerns, positive change and well being.
